The Frank is a brand new, 115-year-old office building right in the heart of everything that's going on in downtown Birmingham. This isn’t your dad’s office though, unless your dad was Frank Nelson, in which case, it was his office. He had it constructed in 1903 as the First National Bank Building, one of the city’s first “skyscrapers.”

Today, The Frank has been carefully restored and renovated with just the right amount of mid-century swagger and modern technology. We borrowed the best, most sophisticated parts of the 1960s as design inspiration for the common areas and the office areas can be whatever you want them to be.

Office Space

Historic documents from 1903 indicate that people really liked working at The Frank. Imagine how much they would have liked it with air conditioning, fast WiFi and coffee pods.

Today, the building has 100,000 square feet of office space across 10 floors. Each floor plate offers 10,000 square feet of flexible floor plan layouts, 10-foot ceilings and large windows with a great view. Whether you need five floors or 500 square feet, The Frank fits and looks good. The attached parking deck makes it look even better with plenty of spaces available for monthly lease through the Birmingham Parking Authority.

If you decide to make The Frank your office home, you can shout it from the rooftops too. Literally. Roof-level signage opportunities are available and visible to all downtown.

Retail Space

We should probably also mention that grabbing lunch or dinner won't be a problem either. The 10,000 square feet of great restaurants and businesses on the first floor have got you covered. With a full-service UPS store, award-winning cafe and personal trainer on the ground level, your retail neighbors are essentially bonus amenities. Oh, and there's an awesome arcade across the street too.
